Duties of the position include bit are not limited to:
Serving as primary contact and advocate for TMS (Talent Management System) Linking education curriculum with medical center mission and strategic directives Monitoring education mandates and checking for compliance with regulations and other requirements Collaborating with other TMS Domain Managers both at the VISN and National level in implementation of education programs and overall TMS operation Ensuring local TMS administrators, instructors, employees, staff, and supervisors are trained on their specific TMS access Creating and managing TMS accounts for non-employees - students, contractors, volunteers Collaborating with program managers to create computer-based training modules and tests in the system, using multiple software programs such as Learning Content Manager, Word, Power Point, Adobe and PQE Work Schedule:

Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-09 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07 grade level. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. Note:

To be considered for this position, all applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR Two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR LL.B. or J.D (if related); OR At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level Specialized Experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Examples of the type of Specialized Experience required would typically include:
Providing instructional and/or administrative support for a program area Identifying problems related to a program area, developing solutions, and making recommendations regarding pertinent policy or procedure changes needed Ensuring proper implementation of updates and changes to a system and maintaining integrity of a database Proving training to users and technical oversight of a program area Demonstrating effective teaching skills using a variety of methods You will be rated on the following Competencies for this position:

The work is mostly sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending, and lifting of equipment weighing less than 40 pounds. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
