Lead Security Assistant

Duties include, but may not be limited to the following:
Distribute and balance workload of Security Assistants (Police Communications Dispatchers). Maintain records of work accomplishments and time expended. Prepare computerized daily police operations journal. Enter and extract data from various computer systems. Provide on-the-job training to new employees. Monitor the operation of communication and related electronic equipment. Perform other duties as required. Work Schedule:
Shifts are 5 days straight of one of three shifts:
7:
30 am - 3:
30 pm; 3:
30 pm - 11:
30 pm; or 11:
30 pm - 7:
30 am. Shift will be one of 6 that are on the schedule. Shift can be Monday through Friday or may be Wednesday through Sunday. Might work weekend. Recruitment & Relocation Incentives:

Experience:
Applicants must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped them with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this position. To be creditable, this experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-5 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes:
distributing and balancing the workload among employees; preparing production reports; monitoring and auditing law enforcement and crime information databases; entering and extracting data from various computer systems; and monitoring and directing response to physical security, law enforcement and life safety communications, radio dispatching, telephone and other emergency communications. You will be rated on the following Competencies as part of the assessment questionnaire for this position:

A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
